Story
Once, many moons ago, there lived a monkey. All his friends called him Cheeky. Do you know why ? Not surprisingly it was because he had big red cheeks.
Cheeky lived on a sandy beach on an island. His home was on a large fruit tree. There were plenty of juicy, red fruit growing on the tree. The fruit were like apples, but they were not apples. No one quite knew what they were called, but they were certainly delicious.
One day Mr. Crocodile came by the island. He was swimming along the coast right by the sandy beach, minding his own business, when he saw cheeky up his fruit tree. He was going to go right past, but when he spied the tree and lovely red fruit, he promptly slow down.
Cheeky was a friendly monkey.

So when he saw Mr. Crocodile in the sea, quite naturally, he waved cheerfully.
'Hello' 'Mr. Crocodile' he shouted. 'How are you?'
walked slowly along the sand towards the tree. Her eyes was on the juicy, red fruit, and he did not immediately return it at all.
What are those red objects?' asked Mr. Crocodile rather rudely.
They're my cheeks,' said Cheeky, cheekily.
He knew exactly what Mr. Crocodile was talking about, but he thought he would teach him a lesson.
No, no,' said Mr. Crocodile. 'What are those red things in the tree?'
'Ah. Those? said Cheeky. Those are my fruit.
