When do we use present perfect continuous tense ? (p.59)

• actions started in the past and are still continuing now (仍然進行中） or have just ended. We use it to emphasize how long the action has lasted. (強調行動持續了多長時間。)

We FORM Present perfect Continuous like this:

• Subj + has / have + been + p.p

• (Helen started studying two hours ago and is still studying now. Helen在兩個小時前開始學習，現在仍在學習中。)

• e.g. Helen __________(study) for two hours.

We FORM Present perfect Continuous like this:

• Subj + has / have + been + p.p

• e.g. Helen _has been studying__(study) for two hours.

• (Helen started studying two hours ago and is still studying now. Helen在兩個小時前開始學習，現在仍在學習中。)

e.g. I _______(work) since 9am. I will take a break a now.

• (I have just stopped working to take a break.我剛剛停止工作以休息一下)
