Why is water important?
All living things need water for living, even ourselves.
Our bodies are about 65% of water, that's why we need to ingest water, to maintain the balance within ourselves.
If you do not take enough water, your heart must work harder to pump blood because it would become thicker and more difficult to carry on.
You can live for over a moth without eating food, but if you went without water you would die in about a week.
Other animals, like the camel can live for months without taking water.
