Presentations are an extremely effective way of informing or persuading other people. The presenter stands up in front of an audience, and addresses them on a particular topic. As a prompt, and to focus the attention of the audience, this person uses some form of visual images.

Internet Telephony Service/ Voice Over IP (VOIP)

Internet telephony, or 'VOIP', is becoming very popular both for personal use, and within the workplace.

It is a technology that allows you to make telephone calls over a Broadband internet connection.

Instead of using the normal telephone network , VOIP systems send voices through the Internet just like any other Internet data (e.g. e-mails, files, web pages, etc.)

In other words, VOIP systems use your Internet connection to send and receive phone calls.

Advantage:

It is cheaper as long as you have an Internet connection.

Disadvantage:

It is not a high quality of voice as a normal telephone line.
