What is a Complete sentence?
A complete sentence is a sentence that is a complete thought
All complete sentences have at minimum 3 things

The subject of the sentence is who the sentence is about
The subject is a noun or a pronoun (ex. I, he, she)
Examples of subject: Butterfly, King, Venus

If we take the sentence "Terry carried out the trash" then trash is the object in the sentence"

We can create more complex complete sentences
For example I could write: John was late to work.
This sentence is not very complex and is very simple, so there are things we can do to make it more complex

How can we make this more complex?
Can we expand on this sentence any more?
How about if we explained why John was late for work
Instead of writing "John was late for work" we wrote something like "John was late for work because he woke up late."
