Welcome to Second Semester Algebra!

Let's talk about how class will look, daily notebook, class and assignment expectations, how you get and give feedback on your learning, and how you are graded.

Google Classroom

• Everything is located in Classwork

• Notes, written practice and quizzes are all required, graded, and organized by date

• All turn-in is digital, even for in-school classes

Daily Expectations

• You will write notes in your notebook every day

• You will answer questions in the lesson slideshow every day, and they are graded

• After you have written your notes and submitted your notes responses, then you have written practice

• When you are working from home, written practice is due no later than 3pm.

• When you are learning in person, your written practice is due by the end of class that day

Friday Assignments & Quizzes

• Each Friday, you have a quiz or asynchronous assignment

• If you are learning from home, your Friday work is due by 2pm

• If you are learning in person, your Friday work is due by the end of class

• All quizzes are open-notes

• Friday work is required and graded
