HIIT Training

  • High Intensity Interval Training

  • It includes short bursts of very hard work alternating with low intensity recovery periods

  • You can get a good workout in a shorter time when performing HIIT training

Flexibility Training

  • Increases the range of motion in joints

  • Flexibility training includes stretching exercises that will lengthen your muscles and include activities like yoga and Tai Chi

Resistance Training

  • Increases muscle strength by making your muscles work against a weight or force

  • You can use free weights, weight machines, resistance bands, and your own body weight as resistant forces

  • A beginner should train two to three times per week to see benefits

  • Training that exercises the heart, lungs, and associated blood vessels

  • It helps reduce heart disease, lowers blood pressure, reduces weight, and makes the heart stronger
