The DLSU-D NSTP-CWTS goal is to develop youth as partners and leaders in development. To enhance their capacity to act, their skills, capabilities, and their ability must be nurtured to improve their well-being. The development should work for the benefit of youth (as service provider) and the partner communities (as beneficiaries).
