Excretory system main job is to filter our cell waste or metabolic waste from the blood in the circulatory system

Organs of Excretory system

• Kidney- Contains a filter called nephrons that filters the blood Nephrons produce urine.

• Ureter- Collects urine from the kidney and delivers to the bladder

• Bladder- stores urine until ready to release it through the urethra.

• Urethra- small tube that send urine out of the body.

Nephron loop

This part of the nephron is called the loop of Henle. Its main function is to reabsorb water and sodium chloride from the filtrate. This conserves water for the organism, producing highly concentrated urine.
