Fund-raising Fair

Last week, Nurul's school organised a fund-raising fair to help Mak Dilah to rebuild her house. The teachers, pupils and parents set up many stalls to sell different items. Everybody came to the fair to give their support. It was an exciting day for Nurul and her friends.

Nurul and her classmates sold cakes and cookies. There were also stalls selling old clothing, second-hand books, magazines and fruit juices. Some parents also took part in the fair. They sold fresh fruits, vegetables and potted plants.

It was an interesting experience for Nurul and her friends. They collected a lot of money to help Mak Dilah. Mak Dilah was grateful to the school for their help.
