You are going to investigate the effect of exercise on the body.

•State what the following variables are in this investigation.

How will you carry out the investigation?

•To make a method that allows you to collect valid results it must include:

–Equipment and how it will be used.

–A step by step logical plan, that is easy to follow.

–Range of measurements – at least 5 values.

–Interval of measurements.

–Risk assessment (what are the hazards, how likely are they to happen and what will you do if you get hurt)

–How will you ensure the only variable to affect the dependent variable is the independent variable? (control variables and how they will be controlled)

–Repeat readings. How may times and why?

–Table for results.
