What is a Key Signature?
Tells which notes to play sharp or flat for the entire piece of music
Always located after the clef and before the time signature at the beginning of the piece of music.
Generally uses two of the three accidental signs. (Sharp and Flat)

How to identify the sharp key signatures
Locate the LAST sharp.
Move up one(1) letter
For example, last sharp: G , move up one(1) letter to A

How to identify the flat key signature
Locate the penultimate flat. (second to last)
That flat is your key signature.
For example, "The flat signs shown are B flat and E flat." Bb is the penultimate flat sign in this scenario.
The answer would be the key of Bb.
