Revolves around the idea of Embracing Heritage.
There will be multiple books, short stories, & poems read from a variety of different perspectives, including Hispanic, Native American, & African American.
Throughout the unit, we will be doing multiple projects focused around the idea of embracing different cultures.

In this unit, you will be doing a research project where you will showcase one of the countries from which your ancestors immigrated.
