In E3 exams you will need to know how to round because the exam questions will ask you to estimate an answer or work out a sum and then round the answer- theses are easy marks but some people throw them away

In some countries shopping is full of rounding and haggling eg in Morocco or Turkey you can negotiate the price... in The Uk this is only really done when buying a house
