There are two main rules for titles
Those for "large works" and those for "small works"
What do I mean by that?

"Large Works"
"Large Works" are things such as books, magazines, movies/TV series, and newspapers.

"Small Works"
"Small Works" are things such as book chapters, articles, songs, poems, and TV episodes.

There are two ways we show titles
If it is a "small work", it will always use "quotation marks".
If it is a "large work" that is handwritten, it will be underlined.
If it is a "large work" that is typed it will be in italics.

Titles need to be capitalized, but not every word will be capitalized.
The first word will always be capitlized.
All important words will also be capitalized.
"Small words" such as articles, prepositions and conjunctions will NOT BE CAPITALIZED. (Unless they start the title)
