Representatives from the colonies met in Philadelphia to talk about the Intolerable Acts
The first thing they did was write more petitions to King George III and Parliament asking them to reverse the punishments and allow for a colonial representative.
They also agreed to boycott English goods imported into the colonies.
If the British did not meet their requests in a year's time they would meet again.
