  • They are written to friends and relatives.

  • They help people who are far apart to stay in touch.

  • They can be used to invite persons to share in major life milestones or simply have fun.

  • They can also be used to restore relationships damaged by hurtful words and actions.

  • It should include date, time, and venue of the event.

  • It should give enough information to make the persons interested in attending.
