When You Are adding you add more instead. Let me show you what I mean

• Ex: Missy, Has 5 cookies she wants to share them. She has 7 friends but. It's not enough for all of them. But ONE of her friends has 2 more.

• Let's see: 5+2=7

When you are subtracting you are taking something away.(Let me show you)

• Ex: Liam, is at the shop with has friend Ethan. They both wish for different things. Liam Want's A new Game And for Ethan He want's A toy Car. They Have 20 Bucks As Liam mom gave him so they. Can each buy something. The Game is 10 Dollars And The Car is 10 Dollars too. How can they split that up?

• ?: Ethan Needs to take 10 Dollars away from Liam for the toy car he wants.
