Locomotor skills

These are movements where you are traveling. Moving while traveling, or starting in one place and ending in another.


Some examples are jogging, walking, running, skipping, galloping, bouncing, jumping, leaping, sliding and rolling.

Health Fitness Components

Cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance are two of the five Health Fitness Components.


Cardiovascular endurance exercises work on your heart muscle. The more you exercise the longer you can last with your heart rate elevated.


Muscular endurance is how long your muscles can last while you are exercising or working. The more you work your muscles the longer they will last before they get tired.


You just worked on both muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance.
