Plot Summary
Aslan announces that the group must camp somewhere else
At night, Susan and Lucy worry about Aslan and are unable to sleep
They follow him for a while, and when he realizes, he allows them to continue on with him for a bit
When Aslan tells the girls to turn back, they hide behind a bush instead to watch what will unfold
Many horrible creatures surround Aslan, mocking him, restraining him, shaving him, and kicking him
Aslan is bound to the stone table and the witch says that he has not saved Edmund because now no one will be able to stop her
Susan and Lucy close their eyes so they do not see Aslan killed
