Listening Tips

• Don't just listen and choose the answers with the same words.

Task 6 :

A Friend in Need is A Friend Indeed

Give opinions and solutions to help your friend in a difficult situation.

When you give opinion,

there is no right or wrong answer.

But, your friend is having a difficult time to make a choice.

Therefore you should show that you understand the problem and explain politely how you made your decision and why you didn’t choose the other solution.

You may use the sentences in LANGUAGE BANK to show your understanding to a friend's problem before you give your opinion.

Try to help Amy. Help her by telling her:
