The conditional tense

• or how to say "I would"

The conditional tense translates as ‘would’ or ‘should’ in English.

• "Si fuera el alcade, construiría más polideportivos"

• if I were the mayor, I would build more sports centres

To form the conditional, add "ía" to the verb.

• You don't need to remove the "ar/er/ir" .

• Take the whole infinitive and add "ía"
