Czasu Present Simple używamy, gdy coś dzieje się co jakiś czas (regularnie), np. codziennie (every day), co miesiąc (every month), co tydzień (every week), co rok (every year)

albo

always (zawsze), sometimes (czasami), never (nigdy)

ale też on Mondays, Tuesdays (w poniedziałki, wtorki, itp.) bo te dni się powtarzają co tydzień:)
