What's a SENTENCE FRAGMENT?
A group of words that does not express a complete thought.
Usually, it is missing the subject or the predicated of the sentence (part of the noun or part of the verb).
Complete Sentence: When I was three, I visited DisneyWorld.
Sentence Fragment: When I was three.

How can we fix it?
To correct a fragment, make sure that the group of words has a subject and a verb and that it makes sense by itself.
Fragment: A novel that causes fear.
Sentence: Frankenstein is a novel that causes fear.
Fragment: Playing video games all night.
Sentence: My brother has been playing video games all night.
