What is a Long Work?
The general rule is that self-contained works are underlined, whereas works that are part of a collective work are set in quotation marks.
The general rule is that if the title is on the outside or a part of a continually titled work, it is underlined.
So, for example, the title of a newspaper, television show, or CD album would be underlined.
