 $\frac{3}{6}+\frac{4}{8}=?$  All you have to do is multiply the denominator  $6x8=48$  then the number 48 is the denominator . now we multiply the denominator and numerator, 6x4 = 24 then 8x3 = 24 then add the answers 24 + 24= 48 and that number is the numerator.
