How heavy do you think this glass of water is?

But the absolute weight of the glass doesn't matter...

It actually depends on how long we hold it.

It depends On how long we hold it..

- If you hold it for a minute won't be a problem.

- If you hold it for some hours we might feel pain in our hands.

-But if we hold it for whole day our hand would feel paralysed...

But....

-The weight of the water never changed.

-The longer we hold the heavier it felt.

The Stress and Worries of life...

are just same as like the glass of water.

Its Imprtant to..

remember to let go of our stresses and not to carry them for hours, days, and months....

So remember to put the glass down.
