Make a book character

• Think of a book character. It might be your favourite one or one you have seen in a book recently. Use some items at home to create this character.

• You could use a paper plate, potato, pebble, wooden spoon, shoe box, lolly stick, paper lantern, pillowcase, t-shirt, poster - the options are endless.

WBD £1 book token

• When you come back to school next week you will be given a book token to get a book for £1.

• There are lots of books to choose from and one of them is Tom's new book: There's a wolf in your book.

• You can see a picture of all the books you can get for £1 on the next slide.
