Electricity is a form of energy and if you touch the live wire accidentally then this energy will flow through you.

unconsciousness
even death

DO NOT TOUCH THE VICTIM
before touching you have to ensure that they are no longer in contact with the electrical source!
Use a broom handle or another insulated material to push the victim away
If you can, turn off the electrical source but
DO NOT TOUCH THE VICTIM WHILE THEY ARE BEING SHOCKED.

You must give them mouth to mouth resuscitation.
Keep them warm with a blanket and give them some hot tea.
Call the hospital so they can assess they person.

TO RESTORE BREATHING AND HEARTBEAT- moth-to-mouth resuscitation
This must be carried out within 3 minutes of the person stop breathing.
This is not only caused by electric shocked. It can be used for drowning, chocking or a heart attack.
