Passive voice produces a sentence in which the subject receives an action. ... In contrast, active voice produces a sentence in which the subject performs an action.

 My bike was stolen.

Someone stole my bike.

Form of Passive

Subject + finite form of to be + Past Participle (3rd column of irregular verbs)

Passive voice is used when the focus is on the action. It is not important or not known, however, who or what is performing the action.

Rewrite the active sentences in passive voice and the passive sentences in active voice.

Tag question

A tag question is a special construction in English. It is a statement followed by a mini-question. We use tag questions to ask for confirmation. They mean something like: "Is that right?" or "Do you agree?" They are very common in English.
