What is it and what are the requirements

This project will be a Writing and Speaking grade for Chapter 5

What you will need to turn in:

1. A family tree that includes yourself (moi) and 10 other family members, all labeled “my ____” in French

2. A Powerpoint that presents 5 family members from your tree. Each family member will have a slide in which you describe his or her name, hair, eyes, age, and personality in French

3. A recording of you presenting one of those 5 family members from your presentation in French to Mademoiselle

You do not need to use your real-life family!!!!!

YOU CAN CREATE A FAKE FAMILY USING CHARACTERS, CELEBRITIES, SINGERS, ETC. OR YOU CAN DO YOUR REAL FAMILY. IT’S UP TO YOU!

3. Speaking Portion

Minimum Requirement:

you will need to record yourself reading 1 of the slides from your presentation and upload to schoology. Make sure to say everything included in the slide.

Challenge Yourself:

o  Describe an additional family member (read another slide)

o  Pronounce liaisons correctly (ex. les yeux = lay zeuh)

o  PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE to avoid stumbling through words/hesitating
