Future Simple Tense

ใช้เพื่อเล่าเหตุการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต สามารถใช้กริยาช่วยได้ 2 ตัว คือ

1. will ใช้เมื่อเป็นการณ์คาดการณ์ว่าจะเกิดขึ้นแบบทั่วๆไป/ตัดสินใจตอนที่พูด/สัญญาว่าจะกระทำ

2. be going to ใช้เมื่อเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นแน่นอน โดยมีหลักฐานปรากฏชัดเจน/ วางแผนว่าจะกระทำสิ่งนั้น ๆแน่นอน

การใช้ Have to/Must/Should

2. ต้องการบอกกล่าวสิ่งที่ต้องทำ

2.1 การใช้ Have to ใช้เมื่อต้องการบอกถึงสิ่งที่ต้องทำอันเนื่้องจากกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือสภาพแวดล้อมอื่นบังคับให้ต้องกระทำ

2.2 การใช้ Must ใช้เมื่อต้องการบอกถึงสิ่งที่ต้องกระทำอันเนื่องจากความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวว่าต้องกระทำ

หมายเหตุ ความหนักแน่นของ have to จะมากกว่า must

1. การใช้ Must not ใช้เมื่อต้องการห้ามทำสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งเด็ดขาด เช่น

You must not eat this hamburger.

2. การใช้ don't/ doesn't have to ใช้เมื่อต้องการบอกสิ่งที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องกระทำ เช่น You don't have to go to this party, it is boring.

แบบ 2 สมมุติเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่เป็นความจริงในปัจจุบัน

แบบ 3 สมมุติเหตุการณืที่ไม่เป็นความจริงในอดีต
