Use a proper salutation. Always open an email with a salutation.
For example, "Dear Mr. Saleh," or "Good afternoon Mohsen,".
The salutation should end with a comma (,) or colon (:). Never leave it without punctuation.

Open Ended
Write a salutation for your supervisor, Abdullah.

Start with the reason you are writing
Do not ask how they are doing, or tell them how you are
Get to the point. "I'm writing to inform you that the Abqaiq project has been approved."
Or, if replying, "Thank you for your email. Here is the information you requested."

Open Ended
Write an opening line telling the recipient about a new safety course.

In the body of your email, provide all of the necessary information. Be sure to include all important details.

support your points with specific details
take your time and get it right. You don't get a second chance once you hit "send"

Always include a closing line
The closing line could be simple, like "Please feel free to contact me with any questions"
It might include other information as well:
"I appreciate your attention to this matter. Safety concerns are a priority at this company. Please let me know if you require further instructions."

End with a signature
You can use "Regards," "All the best", "Sincerely" or something similar
Punctuate with a comma (,)
Skip a line, then type your name

Write a salutation
Write an opening line
Write the body of your email, including all the information and details
Write a closing line
Write a signature line

Before you submit your email, remember to check the following:
All information and details are included.
The sentences are short and clear.
Grammar, spelling and punctuation are correct.
The format is correct, with space between the different parts of the email.
