Here in Virginia, and in the United States of America, we have THREE branches of government that are used to ensure Virginia's laws, and its people, agree with the Constitution.

Those three branches are the: 1. Legislative Branch 2. Executive Branch 3. Judicial Branch

Here in Virginia our Legislative Branch is known as the
"General Assembly."
The General Assembly makes the state's laws and is divided into two parts:
