Set goals that motivate you. Motivation is very important for goal setting; if you don't see the value of achieving the goal, you will not pursue it passionately.
Set SMART goals
Set your goals in writing
Write out the individual steps that you would take to accomplish a goal, and then cross each one off as you complete it.
Stick to the goal! Accomplish it!

Define what being the best the best version of you means to you.
Outline the strategies that enable you be the best that you can be. Do you set SMART goals for yourself? If yes, give examples of the SMART goals you have set.
Discuss how you handle 'nay sayers' or people who try to change you negatively.
Your conclusion should include some benefits of pursuing or embracing one's interests and unique features and abilities.
