• The Highest Authority In a Play And In Charge Of The Production's Finances

• They Decide Which Shows Will Make The Most Money, And Then Hire The Best People For The Jobs. (Hires The Director And The Director's Staff)

• Depending On The Size Of The Production, There Could Be More Than One Producer.

DIRECTOR

• The Artistic Mind Of The Show

• Leads The Actors Through The Rehearsal Process, Helping Them To Impersonate Their Characters

• Works With The Technical Director To Bring The Script To Life On Stage!

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

• In Charge Of The Tech Crew

• Supervises The Set Design, Lights, Sounds, And Effects

• TECH CREW: Designers, Builders, Backstage Crew Members

STAGE MANAGER

• In Charge Of The Backstage Area During Rehearsals And The Show.

• They Have All Of The Cues In Their Script And Help To Keep The Show Moving Along Smoothly.

• They Are The First Responders To A Theatre Production Emergency!
