What is clue?
The Picture that I have shown you is an example of what we call, Clue and that is what we are going to study for today’s lesson.

Clue
A clue is a piece of evidence that helps solve a problem. It is a hint or guide on how you can identify the problem or mystery, and leads you towards the solution. It is helpful in defining unfamiliar word, phrase, image, idea, and action.

In our everyday living we encounter different problems and because of clues we are able to answer o find the solutions for these problems, see the example below.

From the situation of Lito, clue (green light) helps us what action we are going to take. Also, clue can help us define the unfamiliar words, image and idea we encounter in real life.

Clues help us determine the meaning of words that we do not understand. An image may serve as a clue in providing meaning or description about a given sentence.
