Liquids

• When an ice cube melts, it forms water, which is liquid

• Liquid:

• A substance that has a definite volume but does not has a definite shape

• If you are pouring a liquid from a bowl into a tall glass, its shape changes totally, it takes the shape of the inside of the cup.

• Liquids take the shape of the container. and the volume stays the same

• Liquids can flow from one place to another unless there is something to hold them.

• for example: the water in the waterfall rushes down, because there is nothing to stop it.
