All About Dinosaurs
If you are a dinosaur lover like me then you will like this lesson. Please make sure to do the lesson as well it will have the same name.

Dinosaurs
As you know dinosaurs died off about 60 million years ago. The name dinosaur means terrible lizard. There were many different kinds of dinosaurs to. In this lesson you are going to learn all about them.

The Tyranosaurus rex
It had about 60 razor sharp teeth good for ripping apart prey.
A T-rex could eat over 60 pounds of meat a day.
It had a long tail for balance
Instead of walking on its feet the T-rex walked on tippy toes!

Trisarratops
Trisarratops was a herbivore that means it ate plants.
The Trisarratops had a sharp beak shaped mouth to eat plants all day.
The Trisarratops had three horns on its head that it used both to protect itself but the males also used them to fight each other for a mate.
Trisarratops lived in large heards.

Pteredactyle
Many people think the the Pteredactyle was a dinosaur but it actually wasn't!
There is no such thing as a Pteredactyle it is really called a Pteredactylis.
The Pteridactyle had wings, a short tail, feet with tallons, and a sharp beak for catching fish.

Veloserapter
Veloserapters were very smart comared to other dinosaurs.
Veloseraptors had a very good sence of smell and sight.
Veloserapters had three fingers and toes with a sharp tallon on the end of each one.
Veloserapters worked together in to hunt bigger animals like Trisarratops.
Veloserapters were like the wolves of the dinosaur world they hunted in packs and had relationships with all of thier pack members.

Bracheosaurus
Bracheosaurus was a huge dinosaur with a really long neck and tail that ate plants from the tops of trees.
They lived in heards and ate more than 80 pounds of leaves a day.
The Bracheosaurus was the second biggest dinosaur to ever live. (Its cousin the supersaurus was the biggest.)
They din't have many predators because of how big they were.

Ankylosaurus
The Ankylosaurus had plates of armor on their backs and a heavy club on their tails.Their only weak spot was their belly.
They used their club tails to defend themselves against predators like the Tyranosaurus rex.
They also lived in heards and ate plants.

Mossosaurus
The Mossosaurus was a huge sea creature with razor sharp teeth.
Like the Pteredactyle they were also not really dinosaurs.
The Mossosaurus had a big head, a short neck and tail, and four flippers to swim through the water.
They ate meat and were and were razor fast in the water.

Spinosaurus
The Spinosaurus was bigger than the T-rex and ate lots of fish.
As its name sugests the Spinosaurus has a big spine on its back.
It had a long mouth with razor teeth for catching fish.
Of course it was a great swimmer and spent most of its time in or near water.

Pachesefilosaurus
The Pachesefilosaurus had a hard head and a think skull, litterally.
It used its head to head but other Pachsefilosauruses and to head but predators to.
They were super territorial and didn't like other dinosaurs on its land.
They ate lots of plants and also like the Trisaratops it had a sharp beak shaped mouth.
They were also one of the smaller dinosaurs.

Parasurolofis
The Parasurolofis had a curved hollow crest on its head. They would make these crests vibrate and it would seem like their crests were singing.
They ate lots of plants and could walk on two and four feet.
They lived in small family groups.
They also liked to be in the water.
