Why do we need these / what do we use them for?

IELTS Writing Task 1: Write 150 words about a chart / graph

In the IELTS exam, they will give you a chart or graph and ask you to write 3-4 short paragraphs about it. To prepare for this task:

- you need to learn about different types of charts or graphs;

- understand what they mean;

- learn specific vocabulary (words) to describe the information.
