The most" significa "el más", (superlativo) por ejemplo: she the most beautiful clothes (ella usa la ropa más linda). Se usa cuando la palabra es larga, por ejemplo: expensive, difficult. "more" es "más", es para comparar entre dos cosas (comparativo)
