• If you have been infected, that means your first line of defense, Skin and mucus, has failed.

• Next, your innate defense kicks in (Fever, inflammation, release of phagocytes)

• With Mild covid / Asymptomatic covid carriers, these two defenses may be enough to stop the virus.

Adaptive Immune System

• A specialized defense system in your body that fights specific invaders

• it tracks down the virus, fights it with an army of antibodies

• These defense systems are in your bones (bone marrow) and flow through your circulatory system (blood)
