Eat only when you are hungry.

Eat patiently, slowly, and chew your food properly.
Eat freshly well-cooked food.
Do not eat uncovered food. It might have germs, that can make you ill.
Do not waste food.
Do not talk or watch television while eating.
Thank God for the food he has given you.

Good Immunity Boosters

Kadha
Take 4-5 liter of water in a vessel to boil.
Add the ingredients:
1) Giloy (3inches sticks 5 to 6 after pounding)
2) Tulsi leaves,
3) Jeera(cumin seeds) 1 teaspoon,
4) Ginger and turmeric (1 inch each) after pounding
5) Pepper powder half teaspoon.
Boil for 5 to 10 minutes on high flame

Golden Milk
Take 1lit milk, bring to boil, After that only add 5-6 tulsi leaves, 1inch ginger, and 2 cloves of garlic after pounding them, and then add half teaspoon-Pepper powder- bring to boil. Close the gas when it becomes little warm add jaggery in it as per the sweetness required. Thereafter serve hot. (Note- Please do not boil or warm it again otherwise it will spoil)
