Exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes. This may be walking, running, playing badminton or doing a work out.

When exercising, it develops different types of fitness.

Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Reaction Time, Strength, Flexibility and CV Fitness.

Most forms of exercise would develop 2/3 types of these fitness but not all.

Effects of exercise

Exercise makes your heart rate and breating rate faster. Also makes you sweat, tire and go red. However it also releases endorphins (hormones) that make you feel good.
