What is a square???

  • All the angles of a square are 90°. There are 4 right angles. (adjacent lengths are PERPENDICULAR to each other)

  • All sides of a square are equal (4 equal sides)

  • Opposite lengths are parallel to each other (2 pairs of parallel lines)
