So WHAT does this look like?

Picture your grammar rules as building blocks. Your sentence is simply constructed by putting these building blocks together.

When Mr. J and Mrs. Langmead taught their students grammar combinations, they started off slow; however, the students were writing, punctuating, and creating fantastic sentences by the end of class, which made their teachers so proud.

We would call this sentence a GRAMMAR 4321 - since that's the order the grammar rules are used in.
