Vitamins

Classification of Vitamins

• Water soluble : These vitamins are soluble in water, and the vitamins are B -Complex and Vit C

• Fat soluble : These vitamins are soluble in fatty acids produced in the stomach, The vitamins are A, D, E, K

• These are the chemicals which are there in our stomach which digest food in our stomach
