  • "PEEKABOO (16 counts)

  • Keep your upper arms(shoulders to elbows)parallel to the floor and your lower arms(elbows to hands) perpendicular to it.

  • Bring your forearms together in front of your face.

  • Return your arm to the starting point.

WARM-UP EXERCISES

  • STOP and SMILE (16 COUNTS)

  • Hold your arms straight in front of you and flex the wrist up (STOP)

  • Then rotate your palm so your fingertips point toward the floor (SMILE)

  • SHOULDER ROLLS(16 Counts)

  • Bring your shoulders forward up to your ears, back then relax

  • Repeat the movement: forward up to your ears, roll shoulder forward then relax.
