In the global quest to defeat the deadly CoVid-19 virus, researchers and scientists from across the world have joined forces to come up with an effective vaccine and to this day, the cure still remains a mystery.
What wish would you like to make for our noble heroes who are tirelessly experimenting in their respective laboratories just to find a remedy to the current pandemic?
14
Your wish for our modern heroes this pandemic clearly expresses good intentions. You also hope that one of these days our noble scientists and researchers will finally come up with a cure to the disease that has prolonged the lockdown, stolen a lot of jobs, and hindered face-to-face schooling. They’re probably at their laboratories now, squeezing every brain cell and recording any sign of progress in their various CoVid-19-cure-related experiments. These experiment records, results, and observations are documented through a laboratory report. For those of you who aspire to finish engineering-related or medical degree programs, having the knowledge on the content and structure of a laboratory report is an advantage. That’s why this time, you will learn more about laboratory reports, their content, and structure.
15
At the end of this lesson, you are expected to:
identify the expected content and structure of a laboratory report;
analyze sample laboratory reports to gain technical insights; comment on the adage, “Honesty is the best policy”.
