For this you will need, Jasmine oil, one fresh flower the kind doesn’t matter, paper and pencil, a yellow candle, heat proof container.

DIRECTIONS: To light the candle, write three things on a piece of paper that make you unhappy right now. Put the paper in the candle and let in burn. Drop it into the bowl once it’s burning. Rub a little oil on the flower, and breath in the smell. Visualize your problems disappearing with the ash of the paper, and replace that stress with the joy of the flower. Set the flower in the bowl over the ashes, and leave on your altar to remind you to be happy.
